This letter serves as my highest recommendation for my real estate agent Sandi Katz. I purchased my first property with Sandi on Ile Perrot at the end of summer 2023. I was new to the province and was new to the real estate market. I can say that without Sandi I do not think I would have ended up in such a dream place like I did. I found out early in the house search phase that i am in good hands.
Coming from a different province there was much uncertainties and questions I had, and Sandi was able to confidently answer them. Her experience in real estate really shined when any topic about the property came up. Whether I called during the day or night with a question, Sandi always answered the phone or called right back. This really instilled confidence that I am looked after during this exciting phase of my life. Many times I was second guessing how I felt about a place and always looked to Sandi for her opinion because i knew it was an intelligent one. Always ready to show a house i was interested in, Sandi with the aid of Peter's chauffeur skills was always there waiting. Explanation of all documentation was simply explained which in turn made me feel more confident about the whole process. Overall though it was just the instant connection and understanding between each other that made this experience memorable. In future transactions I will only be contacting Sandi Katz. Sandi had an initial meeting with us via Zoom to explain the real estate market in the city, the COVID rules and informed us that her colleague Rosalynn would be meeting us for home viewings. Sandi regularly sent us emails with available homes for sale within our parameters and was always available to take our calls/answer texts and emails in a very timely fashion. She quickly set up appointments for home viewings at times that were convenient for us and contacted us afterwards to discuss the visit. We could not have asked for an agent who was more thorough and diligent in every aspect of her work. Based on her extensive knowledge of the real estate market and her many years of experience, Sandi helped us to list the condo, with the most favorable descriptions and photos, at an appropriate asking price. She put us in touch with a painter, who did an excellent job of making the condo look like new. She advertised the condo in the Montreal papers, and scheduled a number of open houses, working very closely with the building manager to ensure that the condo was shown, and sold.
